A HISTORY OF SUCCESS

Arcadia Investment Management Corporation (AIMC) was formed in 1987, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arcadia Financial Corporation, a bank holding company based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Effective January 1, 1995, it was purchased from the holding company by members of the management team. AIMC is registered as an Investment Advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Investment Advisors Act of 1940.
